Why did you choose procurement recruitment as an industry?
For me my Marketing career has spanned many industries, from FMCG and the Education Sector, to Financial services. But the one constant that has always remained is my love for people, networking and making an impact on peoples lives. I chose to work in the recruitment industry, because I can see the direct impact we can have on an individuals life; helping them to land a dream job and guiding a rewarding career path.
What do Procurement Heads’ values mean to you?
They are the framework in which we work, the thread that connects us. They shape the way work with both clients and candidates and encourage us to always do the right thing, while striving to be better.
And our purpose is to deliver recruitment as a professional service, what does that mean to you?
Delivering recruitment as a professional service means that going above and beyond is in our DNA. It means high-standards and sage advise; putting our clients needs before our own.
What inspires you in your role?
I like to find solutions, and recruitment is like one big puzzle to solve. Knowing that I’m surrounded by professionals working tenaciously to find the best possible outcomes for people really motivates and inspires me.
