The Best Recruitment Agency to Work For.

Why we won:

Everyone in the business has a long-term incentive plan linked to reward. Everyone has an annual high-performance bonus for achieving targets and above.

We were early signatories of the Change the Race Ratio and Race Fairness Commitment and formed a strategic partnership with Jason Roberts at Kaleida, a supplier diversity platform to help further embed the team’s understanding of DE&I in recruitment.

What the judges said…

“Judges were impressed with many aspects of this business and the full suite of incentives provided including the long-term incentive plan. The onboarding, review and progress meetings aligned to communication, culture and professional development have led to impressive retention levels. A deserved winner.”
