Why did you choose recruitment as a career?
I would say that recruitment chose me. While looking for a new career opportunity a few years ago, I was approached by a colleague who invited me to join her MSP team.
What do Procurement Heads’ values mean to you?
The Procurement Heads’ values align with my personal values where relationships, doing the right thing and exceeding expectation drive me in my everyday life. For me it is crucial to be part of the business that lives the values, not only talks about them.

Delivering recruitment as a professional service means to be honest, transparent and competent while providing friendly and quality services to our customers.
What inspires you?
Travelling, reading and meeting people. These are endless sources of inspiration.

What are some of the biggest highlights since you joined Procurement Heads?
I have received a very warm welcome from the team. I am impressed with everyone’s level of professionalism and knowledge. It has been fantastic to be a part of our Interim Team and support them on a daily basis, implement some new processes and continuously contribute to Team’s success. On another note, it is refreshing to be part of the business were employees are really looked after and cared for. Our voice matters and we are encouraged and supported to develop and grow.
