I’d always wanted to create a unique recruitment business, one that rewarded relationships and set the highest possible industry standards. In October 2012 those dreams became reality and I’m very proud of what my talented team have achieved since then.

I pride myself on building personal relationships based on integrity and trust. I have built a strong network and consider myself well regarded in the market.

I lead our Financial & Professional Services offering with a focus on senior campaigns and retained mandates.

Having deliberately taken the leap into recruitment in 2000, I never imagined that I would one day see my place in the industry as vocational. I have gained a phenomenal amount of experience which has stimulated, challenged and motivated me in equal measures and the opportunity to join Procurement Heads felt like a natural fit.

Having started my recruitment career in procurement and supply chain recruitment I have now come full circle.

I lead the Consumer offering at Procurement Heads and have a proven track record of building leading teams for Fortune 500 and FTSE 250 businesses.

Having worked in a marketing and PR role at one of the world’s oldest charities, I joined Procurement Heads in 2019 as the company’s Marketing Manager. I’m passionate about developing strategy and creative marketing.

I started my career in Recruitment as a Delivery Associate and after completing my degree in Business Management started to take on more internal-focused roles.

Following five successful years working for a large FTSE listed recruitment organisation I am excited to have joined the Procurement Heads team; an agile, people-centric business with a compelling proposition to market.

After studying for an MSc in Security Management and Intelligence at Portsmouth University, I chose to join Heads Resourcing Group.

As a child, I wanted to become the lead guitarist in a rock band.

I studied Global Business and East Asian Studies at the University of South Florida and spent a year at Kansai Gaidai University learning Japanese.

Having studied Sport and Exercise Psychology at university, I have a real interest in people and how we interact with one another.

Having graduated from Plymouth University in 2020 with a BSc in Business Management, I sought a career in recruitment as a means to build relationships and further my skill set.

After studying Sport Business & Marketing at the University of Winchester, I spent a year in sales before choosing a career in recruitment with Procurement Heads.
