Procurement Heads’ Industrial practice have been retained by one of the UK’s largest waste management organisations to recruit a Procurement (Logistics) Analyst.
As an Analyst, you’ll be supporting the Senior Category Manager in delivering targets and managing suppliers.
The role offers a hybrid work model, and you’ll be working from either its Newcastle or High Wycombe offices 3 days a week.
As a Procurement (Logistics) Analyst your key responsibilities will be:
- Working collaboratively with stakeholders to meet business requirements
- Maintaining data associated with the specific category area
- Preparing reports and analysis as required
- Acting as an initial point of contact for supplier and stakeholder administrative queries
- Helping identify new opportunities and insights based on analysis of data
- Helping ensure application of Procurement best practices
Skills and experience:
- >12 months experience as a data analyst
- Excellent IT and data modelling skills
- Well organised with excellent attention to detail
- Background in logistics would be advantageous
