Why did you choose to join Heads?
Well, firstly, I had a personal relationship with both Rupert and Jen as we’d all worked in the same organisation a number of years ago, so that helped.
And I was really delighted when they reached out to me about setting up the Executive Heads arm of the business.
As well as trusting their morals and their values as business people, I’ve really admired the business, the brand and the reputation that they built over the years.
How have you found it since joining?
I have to say I’ve found it really straightforward joining Heads.
I think our industry especially, there are a lot of examples where people have gone to work for organisations on a promise and those promises have never materialised.
That’s never been the case here, and the business has always delivered what it said it was going to do.
What excites you about the future?
For me, I think there’s a lot to be excited about.
We’ve got a really good business plan that goes beyond financial goals.
It’s about building a business that helps our clients to really become successful themselves.
It challenges our industry in terms of innovation, quality and capability.
So I think it’s a really exciting time to be part of the group.
Why would you encourage someone to join us?
I think now more than ever is the perfect time to join the Heads Group.
We are big enough and we’ve been going long enough.
We’re established enough that we’ve got a good name, good reputation in the market, we’ve got some really good, warm relationships and we’re well known.
But still, we’re small enough that anybody who joins us now can play a pivotal part in the success and really carve themselves out a really rewarding career path.
And finally, what three words would you use to describe Heads?
I’d say that the Heads group is professional, innovative and ambitious.
