With over 20 years of experience, Jen has a strong educational background with degrees from the University of Cambridge (M.Phil Criminology) and Birmingham City University (BA Hons Business). She is highly skilled in providing talent attraction solutions, executive search, and industry expertise. Since its foundation, Heads Resourcing Group has achieved significant year-on-year growth. Aside from continuing to grow the business, Jen is a qualified Coach, she is involved actively in guest speaking, thought leadership and the wider development of the recruitment industry.
