The Trainee Recruitment Consultant role:
The Trainee Recruitment Consultants in our business are the bedrock of our success.
Reporting to the Head of Practice and working with an experienced team of Managers and Consultants you will be working to help fill live job opportunities with our clients.
You’ll be required to:
- Manage candidate portfolios.
- Interview new applicants.
- Highlight suitable candidates for roles.
- Ensure all their details are updated.
As you build your knowledge and experience and become a subject matter expert, you’ll consult with candidates and provide help and advice on the job market, employer insights, CVs and interviews.
After you’ve gained valuable industry and recruitment insights and experience, you’ll have the opportunity to progress your career into a Recruitment Consultant where you’ll work in collaboration with clients, taking responsibility for your own mandates within the practice.
