Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 + Benefits
  
Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Supplier Relationship Manager to develop and implement a robust supplier relationship framework, driving performance and value across the supply chain. This role is critical in building strategic partnerships, ensuring compliance, and supporting procurement transformation to deliver a best-in-class commercial model.
  
Key Responsibilities

  • Design and roll out the Supplier Relationship Framework across the organisation.
  • Manage key supplier contracts throughout their lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with strategic suppliers, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Monitor supplier performance, conduct analytical reviews, and implement improvement plans.
  • Support procurement teams in developing incentivisation tools to enhance supplier performance.
  • Ensure due diligence and compliance with regulatory and contractual requirements to mitigate risk.
  • Act as a liaison between suppliers and internal stakeholders, aligning supplier activities with organisational goals.
  • Stay informed on market trends and feed insights into procurement strategy.
  • Travel to regional offices and supplier sites as required.

  
What We’re Looking For

  • Qualifications: MCIPS; Degree desirable.  
  • Experience:
    • Proven ability to build and maintain strong supplier relationships at senior levels.
    • Expertise in KPI/SLA development and performance improvement strategies.
    • Strong negotiation and communication skills with the confidence to influence stakeholders.
    • Ability to design and implement supplier relationship frameworks.
  • Resilience and agility to manage change and deliver results in a dynamic environment.
