Salary: £62,000 – 80,000

Overview
You’ll provide expert contracting support across major and minor construction works, manage tendering processes, and oversee commercial performance against programme metrics. Your role will be pivotal in standardising commercial practices, mitigating risks, and ensuring value for money across all projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on best practice contract methodologies.
- Lead and support construction and services tenders.
- Oversee QS support to ensure commercial success.
- Create dashboards tracking commercial vs programme performance.
- Provide guidance on market inflation impacts.
- Standardise commercial practices across projects.
- Make data-driven recommendations to improve costs.
- Support project teams with risk and performance management
What We’re Looking For
- Essential: RICS qualification, experience with NEC4 and JCT contracts, and knowledge of CDM regulations.
- Desirable: Degree-level education and understanding of procurement practices.
- Previous QS experience and a pragmatic, hands-on approach.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage a busy workload.
