The role:
Our Consultants are the movers and shakers within the Procurement industry, working with a broad variety of Public Sector clients to help them hire the best procurement talent for their organisations. Reporting to our Operations Director, you will be responsible for working with a portfolio of Public Sector clients in a variety of organisations including the NHS, Emergency Services, Housing Associations as well as local and central Government. Some of these will be warm relationships, some will have mandated contracts and others will need to convert into active clients through regular business development. And for those who would like to progress into management, there are opportunities to hire and build your own team.
What we’re looking for:
Ideally, we are looking got someone with recruitment, or sales, experience in the Public Sector. Someone who understands the nuances of frameworks and building relationships with civil servants. We have the ability and experience in training and coaching consultants to understand all they will need to know about procurement.
