The role:
Our Consultants are the movers and shakers within the Procurement industry, working with a broad variety of clients to help them hire the best procurement talent for their organisations.
Reporting to one of our Heads of Practice, you will be responsible for working with a portfolio of clients. Some of these will be warm relationships, some will have mandated contracts and others will need to convert into active clients through regular business development.
As you build your knowledge and expertise in procurement recruitment, you’ll get the opportunity to attend and lead industry events, networking forums and training seminars.
And for those who would like to progress into management, there are opportunities to hire and build your own team.
What we’re looking for:
Ideally, we are looking got someone with recruitment experience however we’ll happily consider applications from experienced sales, business development or customer services professionals, especially if they have the right attitudes and behaviours.
