Procurement Heads are working with a leading international retail and hospitality group, known for delivering exceptional customer experiences across multiple markets. They’re now looking for a commercially minded Group Procurement Manager to join their growing team.
In this role, you’ll lead sourcing activities across key spend categories, manage supplier relationships, and drive cost optimisation, working closely with stakeholders across the business.
This role would be reporting into the Director of Procurement and is a great opportunity for someone looking to make an impact in a fast-paced, multi-country environment.
Location – Shepherd’s Bush 4 days per week, 1 day WFH (Friday)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end sourcing and procurement projects across multiple categories
- Negotiate supplier agreements and manage contracts
- Support implementation of group-wide procurement policy
- Deliver savings and improve supplier performance
- Build strong internal stakeholder and supplier relationships
- Ensure procurement aligns with sustainability, ethical, and risk policies
Skills Required
- Strong end-to-end procurement experience
- Background in retail, hospitality, or multi-site environments preferred
- Skilled negotiator with strong commercial awareness
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience in managing contracts and supplier performance
- Familiarity with procurement systems/tools is a bonus
- 3+ years working as a procurement generalist, FM or Marketing category experience preferred
