Overview
We are looking for an experienced Indirect Procurement Business Partner to lead strategic procurement initiatives across multiple categories, driving transformation and delivering a best-in-class commercial model. This role combines strategic influence with operational delivery, ensuring procurement adds measurable value and supports organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted commercial advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing decisions and supporting major programmes within HR, Facilities Management, and Corporate Governance.
- Lead procurement strategy for indirect categories, managing tendering, selection, and negotiation processes to secure commercially robust contracts.
- Develop supplier incentivisation models and oversee contract management to ensure compliance and performance.
- Champion a business partnering approach, building strong relationships across functional and regional teams to enhance service delivery.
- Identify and implement procurement improvement opportunities, embedding governance and risk management while driving innovation.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights on pricing, compliance, and socio-economic risks.
- Support regional procurement teams and act as the communication link for all procurement activity.
- Travel to regional offices and supplier sites as required.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualifications: MCIPS; Degree desirable.
- Experience:
- Proven track record in indirect procurement with strong commercial acumen.
- Demonstrable success in delivering savings and value-driven strategies.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence at senior levels and act as a trusted advisor.
- Resilience and agility to manage change and drive performance improvements.
